STORE POLICY
APPOINTMENT
Although we highly recommend appointments, we do accept walk in clients depending upon
our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule.
However, frequent “NO SHOWS” may force us to no longer honor your appointment requests
CANCELLATION
Any changes to time or services has to be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the service price. As courtesy, we will call
or leave you a message one or two days prior to confirm your availability for your appointment.
